Vulnerability Management: Vendor Severity in Download Vulnerabilities Chunk

Tenable has added the vendor_severity property to the plugin object in the Download vulnerabilities chunk endpoint.

This property indicates a vulnerability's severity as assigned by a CVE Numbering Authority (CNA). Unlike a National Vulnerability Database (NVD) score, which reflects the worst-case scenario, vendor_severity accounts for any mitigations.
