Tenable.io: Convert Credentials

You can now use the Tenable.io API to convert scan-specific credentials to managed credentials.
The following endpoint is new:

| PUT /scans/{scan_id}/credentials/{credentials_id}/upgrade | Converts scan-specific credentials to managed credentials. |
