A new expert article is now available in the developer portal:
The expert article, by Casey Reid (Director, Security Engineering), explains how to automate the migration of target groups to text targets using pyTenable to interact with the Tenable.io API.
Note
Tenable recommends that customers migrate their target groups to tags as explained in Migrate Target Groups to Tags. You should only migrate your target groups to text targets if your organization exceeds the tag value limit of 1,024 objects.
