Export MITRE ATT&CK heatmap

Submits an export request for MITRE ATT&CK heatmap data that matches the specified filter criteria. JSON exports conform to the MITRE ATT&CK Navigator layer schema, enabling direct import into Navigator. CSV exports return a flat table of technique data. Returns an export ID used to check the status of the export and download the results.

Requires the Basic [16] user role or the ATTACK_PATH_ANALYSIS.EXPORT.MANAGE_OWN custom role privilege. See Roles and Permissions.

Specifies the file format for the exported data.

Allowed:

Defines the filter criteria used to narrow the MITRE ATT&CK heatmap export. All fields are optional. If omitted entirely, the system returns the full heatmap for the default enterprise matrix.

columns

array of strings

Specifies the columns to include in the export. Applies to the CSV format only; the JSON (Navigator Layer) format ignores this field. If omitted, the system includes all available columns.

Specifies a custom name for the exported file. If omitted, the system uses a default name in the format Tenable_APA_MITRE_YYYY-MM-DD.
