Returns a paginated list of user-defined templates that are available to be used for scan configurations.
Requires either the Scan Operator [24] user role, the
WAS.SCAN_WAS.MANAGE custom role privilege, or the WAS.SCAN_WAS_USER_TEMPLATE.READ custom role privilege. Additionally, requires the Can View [16] scan template (policy) permission. See Roles and Permissions.
