Remove a scanner from the scanner group.

Requires the Basic [16] user role or one of the following custom role privileges: VM.VM_SENSOR.VM_SCANNER.EDIT, VM.VM_SENSOR.VM_WAS_SCANNER.EDIT, or VM.VM_SENSOR.VM_NETWORK_MONITOR.EDIT. See Roles.
