Requires the permConSecScheduleScan Container Security permission. See Roles and Permissions.

run

string

Specifies whether to run the age-out process immediately after updating the settings.

Body Params

Configuration settings for automatic asset age-out. Asset age-out automatically removes old container image records that are no longer in use, helping keep your Container Security inventory clean and focused on active images. This prevents the accumulation of historical data for images that have been deprecated or replaced.

enabled

boolean

A value indicating whether automatic asset age-out is enabled (true) or disabled (false). When enabled, Container Security automatically removes image assets that haven't been seen within the specified retention period.

expire_assets_older_than_in_days

number

The number of days of inactivity after which image assets are automatically removed from Container Security. For example, a value of 90 means images not seen in scans for 90 days will be aged out. This helps maintain a current view of your active container inventory.

expires_assets_on_field

string

The timestamp field used to determine asset age for age-out evaluation (e.g., last_scanned, last_seen). Container Security compares the current date against this field to identify assets eligible for removal.

schedule

object

The schedule configuration for automated scanning operations. This defines when and how often Container Security performs scans on your container images.
