Returns a list of available filters for access groups. The response includes supported filter operators for each filter. Filter operators can include:

eq—Filters on exact matches of the specified value.
match—Filters on partial matches of the specified value.
date-lt—Filters on dates earlier than the specified date.
date-gt—Filters on dates later than the specified date.
date-eq—Filters on dates equal to the specified date.
set-has—Filters on exact matches of the specified
