List recast rule filters

Returns the list of properties that can be used to filter recast rules, including each property's supported logical operators and value types.

Requires the Administrator [64] user role or one of the following custom role privileges: TIO_BACKEND.RECAST_RULE.READ for Vulnerability Management or WAS.RECAST_RULE.READ for Web App Scanning. See Roles.
